Blueberry Lassi Recipe
Blueberry lassi flavored with cardamom is the best drink for summer. Nothing quenches summer heat like a tall glass of flavored lassi. This delicious blueberry lassi combines the goodness of yogurt with fresh (or frozen) blueberries.

- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt Use Greek yogurt or homemade yogurt made with full fat milk
- 1 Cup Milk I use whole milk
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 Tablespoon Honey Can use sugar or other sweetener
- as needed Ice If using fresh bluberries.
Wash and clean the blueberries. If using frozen berries, use them straight from the freezer. Do not thaw.
Add the blueberries, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and cardamom powder to the blender jar.
1 Cup Blueberries, 1 Cup Plain Yogurt, 1 Cup Milk, ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder, 2 Tablespoon Honey, as needed Ice
Blend them well until smooth and creamy.
Pour in tall glasses and enjoy.
Expert tips
- Use fresh blueberries when in season to make this blueberry lassi.
- Sweeteners can be adjusted depending on how sweet the blueberries are. The berries that I used this time were very sweet and I did not need much honey in the recipe at all.
- Serve the lassi cold.
- Use yogurt that is not sour.
